Adopted in 2019, a Place to Call Home, the city's adopted housing policy set ambitious goals and benchmarks for meeting the community's emerging housing need.  Staff work with community and industry partners to develop housing that Missoulians can afford.  The comprehensive work to impact the market and spur housing development is important and on the minds of residents.  Currently, we lack exposure/recognition in the broader community.  There is need for brand development, collateral and public facing dashboards to communicate our goals, successes and plans.  We are open to recommendations and advisement of students regarding the strategies to meet our needs.   Depending on the outputs and deliverables, students may have opportunity to work with council members and present their recommendations/deliverables.
